How does onboarding work?
Based on your timeline of needs, our team comes to your office to get our systems and services in place. The initial start-up period typically takes about 2 weeks until we have everything in place, however we are nimble and can get things rolling more quickly if needed.
Where is your call center located?
We don’t have a call center. We have a team in Loveland, CO of personable, highly qualified professionals to support you and your employees.
Do you offer Cyber Insurance?
As a client of Chartered Technology, you are eligible for special, high quality, discounted cyber insurance through our provider. We do not provide the insurance, but our services allow you to meet the requirements to get the best policy at a great price.
Do you sell backup/antivirus/etc.?
We do not sell individual products. We bundle the products you need into our services in order to ensure you have everything that is needed and not just a patchwork of solutions.
Do you offer cloud hosting services?
Yes. We do not operate our own cloud infrastructure. We believe that is best left to dedicated professionals. We do however work with the biggest and best providers to ensure you have what you need.
